The tournament was held at ZNS Chamba Valley in Lusaka on October 28, 2023, featuring five elite women's teams and three men's teams. The tournament format ensured that each team faced off against all others. In the Women's Elite category, Green Buffaloes drew 11-11 with Nkwazi, Red Arrows lost 16-18 to Green Eagles, NAPSA lost 11-12 to Green Buffaloes, and Nkwazi drew 14-14 with Red Arrows. Green Eagles lost 13-14 to NAPSA, Green Buffaloes beat Red Arrows 20-13, NAPSA lost 11-14 to Nkwazi, Green Eagles lost 12-20 to Green Buffaloes, Red Arrows beat NAPSA 17-14, and Green Eagles beat Nkwazi 16-15.
