The Red Arrows Rugby Club recently concluded their participation in the Klerksdorp Sevens Festival tour, where they competed in the Plate Final but suffered a defeat against the South Africa All Stars Academy, with a final score of 24-12. Despite the loss, the team considers this tournament as a valuable experience that provided them with significant exposure. They encountered a brand of rugby that was faster-paced and more physically demanding than what they are accustomed to. They are now showing support for their neighbouring team, the Zimbabwe 7's Cheetahs, who have advanced to the final match against South Africa's Eagles. In expressing their gratitude, Red Arrows extended sincere thanks to their sponsors, Zambia Air Force; Atlas Mara Zambia (Tenga Mobile Money); and their valued partners at Scimitar Africa. Their next challenge is the Independence Rugby 7s Challenge, scheduled to take place on 28th October.
