The Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts permanent secretary, Kangwa Chileshe, praised the football family during the Football Association of Zambia's (FAZ) reconvened Annual General Meeting, praising them for resolving their disputes outside of the legal system as required by FIFA Statutes. Following the approval of FC Muza and Elite Ladies' presentations to the congress, the council sent the recommendations to the Emergency General Meeting. In addition to calling for a universal amnesty for all those serving football suspensions, MUZA FC suggested that the members elect the chairperson of the Zambian Premier League. FAZ advised that the ZPL creation was, nevertheless, in a transitional phase and that the president of MUZA FC was already assigned to a special committee under the clubs body, which was entrusted with developing a roadmap.Prior to bringing the issues from MUZA FC and Elite Ladies before the Emergency Council Meeting, the meeting decided to refer them to the Zambian Premier League. Before the topic is brought up at the EGM, the council decided to let the ZPL finish out the procedure. In order to promote reconciliation, the council decided that the judicial bodies would consider bans case by case. The Referees Association of Zambia (RAZ) was proposed to be revived, and the house agreed to keep the FIFA-mandated Referees Desk at FAZ while looking for methods to make the refs body more relevant.
