After a two-week hiatus, the Chinese Super League resumed on Father's Day. Stoppila Sunzu and his Canghou mighty lions team are facing a disaster of a season after going 9 games without a win. In their last nine games, they have seven losses and two draws. When they returned from their break, they hosted Quingdou Hainiu. Canghou were mediocre and shakey when the first whistle blew to begin the match, almost as if they were scared. Quingdou capitalized on their mistake and scored the game's first and only goal barely 120 seconds in. From there on, the match remained uneventful, with little action in the opening half. Sunzu's team fared even worse in the second half, with 11 total shots and only one on target. They gave a horrible showing, and it was surely a match to forget. Zambia national team veteran Stopplia Sunzu was a starter in this match, playing all 90 minutes. He registered a 95% pass accuracy, three clearances, and four tackles.
